If you use our backlink management services, you agree to follow ethical link building practices and comply with search engine guidelines. You will not use our Services to engage in:

• Buying or selling links without disclosure

• Any practice that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE
• EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS
• BACKLINK MANAGEMENT WILL IMPROVE SEARCH RANKINGS
• ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDMAILS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoldMails and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

12. Termination
